Friday 10/24 – La Romana
7:00am – Leave school
9:00am – arrive at AirBnB in La Romana, drop off luggage
9:00am – Compassion transportation Picks us up
10:00am – Arrival in the project + meet participants, mothers, and tutors + start to catch up with the participants with the help of translators.
11:00am – Home visit at participants houses
– Updates on the family + Share prayer requests + Sponsors give the family a bag with groceries prepared by the project.
12:00pm – Lunch time at the project. Sponsors, participants, mothers, translators and tutors get back to the project and share a meal together.
1:00pm – Finish lunch time and play at the project’s park with the participants. It could be playing a game + playing with the balls or coloring some drawings.
2:00pm – Farewell- Ending prayer + group picture + goodbyes.
3:00pm – Arrive at AirBnB, rest
Saturday 10/25
- R&R at the Airbnb, 15min walk to beach, trip debrief during dinner
Sunday 10/26
10:15am – Leave AirBnB
11:30pm – Arrive at Airport
1:49pm – Flight departs for JFK
5:59pm – Land at JFK (3hr Layover)
8:59pm – Flight departs JFK
11:05pm – Arrive in Cleveland
12:00am – Arrive at Church in Wooster
