Watch Pastor Tim Broughton’s message on “Race, the Church & Justice” with special guest Pastor Rod Hairston.

8 He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.   – Micah 6:8

God is a God of justice and calls His Church to stand up for those who are being oppressed and misused.  In America, there still lingers the reality of racism and we are at a current point in history where the Church can stand up and do something about it.

The most important thing we can do first is to understand… learn about the struggle, educate ourselves on the realities, and build relationships.  That is where reconciliation can start.

Below you will find some resources to help you understand the real experiences of a broken system that allows racism to flourish under the radar of many white Christians in our country.  Let’s choose love, mercy, humility and justice.
